About adnnstudio™
- Studio identity: adnnstudio™ is an independent creative studio building visual systems, digital content, motion, 3D, web experiences, and brand-facing design work for clients, founders, teams, and growing businesses.
- Platform purpose: adnnstudio.com is designed as a project gateway where clients can submit briefs, sign in, receive updates, chat with the studio, review tasks, view invoice notes, and collaborate with assigned designers.
- Team workflow: Some work may be completed directly by the owner, by the studio admin, or by selected designers connected to a client workspace through the admin system.
A submitted brief is not a confirmed project. Work begins only after scope, pricing, timeline, payment terms, and deliverables are reviewed and accepted by both sides.
Project briefs and intake
- Submitting a brief: When you send a form, email, message, file, or project note, you are inviting adnnstudio™ to review your requirement and respond with a suitable direction.
- Review process: The studio may accept, decline, pause, or request more detail before quoting or starting. Requests can be declined for scope, timing, fit, capacity, budget, or practical production reasons.
- Client responsibility: Clients are responsible for giving clear requirements, brand files, references, copy, deadlines, approvals, and feedback. Late or incomplete inputs can change the timeline and delivery plan.
- Admin routing: The admin may connect a client account to an assigned designer account when the project requires additional creative support, production speed, or dedicated execution.
Creative services
Services may include logo design, brand identity, graphic design, social content, campaign visuals, presentation design, motion graphics, video editing, 3D visuals, landing pages, website design, and web development.
Every project is custom-scoped. Deliverables, formats, revisions, editable files, source files, usage rights, delivery dates, and handover details depend on the approved scope and quotation.
adnnstudio™ may use a combination of creative direction, design software, production tools, AI-assisted workflows, stock assets, plugins, fonts, hosting platforms, and third-party services where they support the agreed result.
Pricing, payment, and invoices
- Quotations: Prices are prepared after reviewing the project scope, timeline, complexity, deliverables, usage, urgency, and number of required outputs.
- Scope changes: Quotes may change if the client adds new deliverables, changes the direction, increases urgency, requests extra formats, or expands the project after approval.
- Advance payment: Some projects may require an advance payment or milestone payment before production begins or before the next phase continues.
- Final release: Final exports, editable files, source files, website handover, or live publishing may be released only after pending payments are cleared.
- Invoices: Invoices, payment summaries, and billing notes may be shared by email, chat, or within the client portal when available.
Revisions, approvals, and delivery
Revision rounds, feedback windows, and approval steps are based on the approved agreement. Small adjustments can be included when they stay inside the agreed direction.
Major direction changes, new concepts, new sizes, added platforms, extra animations, additional edits, rush delivery, or work outside the approved scope may require extra charges and timeline updates.
Delivery timelines are professional estimates. They depend on feedback speed, content availability, project complexity, third-party platforms, technical limitations, and client approval time.
Ownership and intellectual property
Drafts, sketches, unused concepts, rejected directions, working files, process files, system logic, previews, internal templates, and source structures remain the property of adnnstudio™ unless agreed in writing.
After full payment, the client may use the final approved deliverables within the agreed scope. Editable files, raw files, source files, font files, code repositories, or original project files are included only when specifically listed in the approved scope.
adnnstudio™ may display completed work in portfolios, case studies, reels, proposals, social media, or studio presentations unless confidentiality or white-label restrictions are agreed before kickoff.
Client materials and approvals
Clients must confirm that all logos, images, videos, text, music, fonts, references, brand assets, product visuals, data, and files shared with adnnstudio™ are owned, licensed, approved, or legally usable.
adnnstudio™ is not responsible for copyright claims, licensing issues, trademark conflicts, inaccurate information, false claims, or legal issues caused by client-supplied materials or client-approved content.
Third-party tools and platforms
Projects may involve hosting providers, domain providers, plugins, stock libraries, fonts, APIs, AI tools, payment services, analytics, email tools, Firebase, Google sign-in, or other platforms. These services may have their own terms, pricing, outages, limits, and data policies.
adnnstudio™ will take reasonable care when using third-party tools, but does not control their downtime, pricing changes, account restrictions, security updates, platform decisions, or technical failures.
Privacy policy
adnnstudio™ collects and uses information only to operate the studio workflow, respond to briefs, prepare quotes, manage accounts, assign designers, deliver services, support communication, maintain records, and improve the website experience.
Information may include name, email address, phone number, company name, project details, uploaded files, account activity, chat history, task updates, invoice notes, device/browser data, and any details voluntarily shared through forms, email, chat, or workspace tools.

Project files, account records, briefs, invoices, and messages may be retained for workflow continuity, business records, support, legal needs, dispute handling, portfolio reference, or future collaboration history.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information where reasonably possible. Some information may need to be retained for invoices, payments, project history, legal records, security logs, or unresolved work.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, adnnstudio™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the website, services, third-party platforms, or delivered creative work.
